I have been trying to loose the last 20ish lbs, I weigh 160 and I want to be normal weight (I am 5'4") and I assume normal weight max is 145/140 so I wanna loose at least the last 20.. I have been on a diet and exercise and have been counting calories and lowered it to see if I loose something but at this point it'd he eating nothing throughout the day to loose the last bit...

160 is a perfectly healthy weight for 5'4! It might not be ideal but if your body doesn't want to lose those extra 20 pounds it could be because you're healthier at 160. I know the struggle of wanting to be smaller, but listening to your body is also important!

Idk I have an eating disorder and it does wonders for my weightloss. I'm 5 3 and 165, so we are on the same boat ig.

A good tip that helped my friend is to take smaller portions. Don't get rid of food but if you usually eat a sandwich and chips, just have the sandwich. I believe in you and hope that helps :)

Either remove sodas and juices or less of intake and more water. Going for walks too.

Well kinda I'm only 72 pounds but I feel so heavy so like I know it hurts and it's hard but don't eat much for a day so then just eat as much fruits and veggies as you want!

Maybe try something like a smoothie a day or go on long walks. Maybe slowly going into running. I had to loose my weight after pregnancy and that's what I tried
