Tips for Learning ASL Alphabet as a Low Functioning Autistic Person

so I am diagnosed so low functioning autistic and I have times where I go mute so me and my boyfriend are trying to pick up on asl do I can still communicate when I go mute right now I'm struggling with getting the alphabet down so does anyone have tricks or tips on how to remember the alphabet

I know there's some good videos out there about it, I have a few books thatve helped as well, it helps me to just try and remember to keep my hands relaxed and that there's no "bouncing" between letters, it's meant to be fluid. Also functioning labels are outdated, I believe it's high support needs and low support needs now. It's good you and your boyfriend are doing it together though, practicing together aut to help you both a lot
