I really want to start working on my gut health but I don’t know where to start! Please throw all your tips below! I eat pretty healthy already and am dairy free, but I have recurring stomach ulcers that I know are making my fatigue worse. The first ulcer I got came from a mix of two medications that my doctor accidentally put me on, and it hasn’t been the same since :(
