I’ve been navigating this for years too. Trying to quit coffee 😭. A few things that have helped: Resting whenever you can. Even if it means just lying in bed with a face mask on and listening to a thunderstorm on earbuds (or whatever helps) I literally had to do this for like a year. Don’t “should” on yourself- it’s ok to not be ok. Saying I should be (doing xyz) doesn’t benefit us. Learn to say no to activities. Listen to your body. Whenever I feel “good” I tend to overdo it cuz I get so excited. Like yay I can do laundry go shopping, see friends and mow the grass!! Pick 1 thing you’re excited about and then rest after and then evaluate yourself ❤️ hope this helps. Being tired is so so so hard

I’m a firm believer in grounding! I do it often but even after I may have a boost of energy but after I do one small thing my energy is gone!

Personally I find it helpful to look towards one “big” task for the day. For example, I like to run/jog for about 30 minutes on days that I am able. The exercise gives me endorphins, and it makes me feel like I’m doing something good for myself. But some days that task can be just getting dressed, sitting down and getting my hair brushed or making a meal, things like that. I find that those little things get me feeling a little better, so the more challenging tasks feel like less of a big deal. Also, taking rest periods between each task, whether that be at home, work, or school. Even if it’s just 1 minute, I think that small break can feel like a massive relief when you’re so exhausted.
