I have to have some kind of white noise to be able to sleep. Magnesium helps with sleep for me. Meditation does too. I can’t read before bed because I’ll end up staying up to finish it.

As weird as it sounds the thing that works best for me is asmr. At night it’s just the thing I need to fall asleep

@Pinkyisevil I used to watch ASMR and last night I listened to a "sound bath" which seemed to help 💖 I definitely find that calming sounds have helped
@pearlilly were you prescribed magnesium or did you start taking it on your own? I've been considering trying it. Do you take it at a certain time?
