I have a really hard time exercising because when I run, or do anything that involves jumping or moving quickly I end up feeling nauseous and sometimes throw up. Does anyone have tips for getting exercise in that doesn’t make your stomach upset?

Walking is a great low impact exercise and also a great way to calm your mind.

I have this problem as well! I find that if I will eat or drink protein beforehand and drink liquid IV or some other heavy electrolyte drink that I feel much better when working out. Running is pretty much a no-go unfortunately. Any low-impact exercise like a recumbent bike, elliptical, row machine and swimming are much easier because they aren’t causing a constant pounding sensation. Keeping your temperature regulated is super helpful to reduce the likelihood of stomach/bowel spasms due to bodily distress. Workout near the fam at the gym if you’re able. Take breaks every 10 minutes or so to cool down or walk and take small sips of water rather than large gulps. It’s ok if we can’t work out the same way everyone else can, we find what works for us and make the best of it. Best of luck!
