Anyone have any tips for effective communication? I struggle with forgetting words or my sentence while I'm talking, saying the wrong things while meaning something else, stuttering when I talk It is really bothering me and I have no idea how to help myself

      @shamelissly I do have some sort of social anxiety, with people I know and with people of "authority", like at work. I was on that for a lil bit but I hated it as it made me really implusive and even more jumbled up than usual

      i see you have adhd, do you deal with any kind of social anxiety at all? if you do, that could be contributing. but if not, i would expect meds to help with this, as my vyvanse improves my communication a lot. before i started on it i was constantly losing my train of thought, struggling to find the right idioms, etc. do you feel like your meds are helping in other areas?

      I found that the more I laughed and the more I do, the easier the words came out. Finding spaces where I was listened too and could try to speak helped me too. šŸ™
