Does anyone know any other tips for mood regulation/copeing? I'm on medication and going to theropy but very few skills have helped me and it feels like my mood swings are swinging me into a brick wall, and I font know how to handle t because there's so much at one time, does anyone have any exra tips or ideas?

      For me, aromatherapy helps. So does having a hobby that I have to use my higher brain functions for like puzzles and such, it's harder for my emotions to go wild when I'm focusing on solving a puzzle or riddle etc.
