Have you been taking any NSAIDs (Dicloflenac, Tramadol, Ibuprofen, Aleve, etc) for long-term? I had something similar a few years ago that was caused by taking Ibuprofen for my arthritis. Once I stopped taking it, my breathing got better. IDK, just thought I would tell, you in hopes it helps. πŸ™

Sounds to me like you have a bacterial infection. Is your phylum colored? If so see your doctor and get tested.

something is triggering the rise then. Some allergen exposure. You can try going on singulair, that kinda helps mine. Also a weird home remedy. Get therepeutic grade frankincense oil off amazon and then put it in one of those oil diffusers, the ones that you put water in and it comes out like a humidifier. Frankincense was found in studies to reduce eosinophil concentrations in tissues. I use it for my eosinophilic folliculitis and my breathing and it works

Why are your doctors refusing you asteroids. I would be livid. If you need a prednisone taper, you need it. Fight them. Other tips, asking for a bebulizer script as the meds get further into the lungs. Eucalyptus. Removing potential allergen triggers like rugs, curtains etc. Vacuum out floor vents and clean any fans. Humidifier. Find the triggers. Sleep with 2 pillows. Take an antihistamine like zyrtec. Try steroid nasal sprays like rhinocort. Best of luck

You know at the doctor's their is always one doctor who is a complete t**t, well I've spoken to him unfortunately twice in a row πŸ™„πŸ™„ I've just finished a course of steroids so he won't give me another as clearly they didn't do the job, they didn't but it was helping me feel atleast a little better even if they didn't cure it. They won't give me a nebuliser at home as they say I'm too young πŸ˜‘πŸ˜‘ We have purely laminated floor and humidifiers are on. I'm allergic to all antihistamines, don't ask πŸ˜…πŸ˜… And can't take the nasal sprays due to disformed cartalidge in my nose πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I'll take your advise on the pillows and the fans though and the curtains xx Thankyou for your advice xx

Apple juice with Apple cider vinegar 1 cap, tsp of cayenne, turmeric, and ginger and an elderberry supplement to boost your immune system with Warm tea. Also, make sure the house doesn’t get too warm and stuffy for ease of breathing.
