There isn’t any treatments or RX. Just ask any ENT.

I don’t know but I’m hoping and praying it does. I got my tinnitus by a chiropractors adjustments. I know the sound is coming from my neck and nerve system. I haven’t had the guts to find anyone who can help me w this annoying sound. I’m afraid that they will make it worst. I know that it used to be worst. I couldn’t even sleep but is getting better thank God!

@ToeKnee I’d like to know. Mine is caused by loud sound exposure. I know some people have it from underlying health issues including medications like HBP medicine. I’ve been offered high tech heating aids that mask the sound but very expensive 🥹

@Kana420 you can wear an ear plugs in some cases will help with the cause, they make ones that allow you to block high frequencies and are as low as 20 bucks cotton is a good alternative though. You said hearing aids you can't afford you can keep an eye out for places offering free hearing aids but not sure how likely it is for you to find ones that will play White noise. You can try ANC headphones earbuds. I've used this app that's called "safe headphones" (Android) that our design to let you listen to music and still hear what's going on around you the only problem I've had with it is a delay when using Bluetooth headphones. If you're looking for places where you use white noise you can try YouTube music (I'm sure and they're streaming apps have some) though there is a white noise app that also sales your to be okay music while listening to music but I don't like listening to music with white noise because of my OCD.
