Tingling sensation during workout

I recently started working out and notice I get the tingling feeling like if an outbreak is about to happen. Only when I workout :/ it’s also not extreme work outs. Does this happen to anyone else? If so, what do you take or do when this happens.

It’s so crazy cause I work out the night before and when I wake up I feel the tingling and when I don’t work out the tingling isn’t there but when I do it goes away probably two hours after I’ve been awake. Thank you for tips! Im in a relationship and pretty sure my bf has it as well. Got my first outbreak shaving pubic hair 4 wks after I gave birth. I also only get outbreaks if I shave wish there was away to avoid this without having to take medicine :/

yes this use to happen to me because I’m a gym rat. When I started lifting heavy in my workouts this would be every time. I found and read an article about this unfortunately i didn’t save it but workouts can cause breakouts. If i find it I’ll inbox it to you

If the tingling goes away and the area doesn’t feel tender after an hour or so, I usually don’t do anything besides wash myself and get clean breathable undies. If the tingling persists or I feel tenderness to the touch I will usually take valtrex for about 2 days. I used to have a very physical outdoor job and dealt with these same symptoms. Just be aware of the possibility of “shedding” if you are sexually active and experiencing these symptoms. I hope this helps!
