I am having a tilt table test in a few weeks and have heard mixed thoughts. Some have said it was the most awful experience but others have said it was alright. Can I have some honest opinions please.

I've been there twice. It's going to be every symptom you already felt, just more intense and at once. It is scary mentally prepping and even during the exam. Even though it is hard to do, stay calm and focus on breathing.
I’ve done a poor man’s tilt test in my college dorm. It was brutal, I was in pre syncope for around 4 minutes and was hanging on for dear life😂 After laying down and drinking a ton of water I felt totally fine. I view it as a small amount of torture in exchange for an invaluable amount of answers!

Some people have described their tilt table test experience as feeling like they were "melting into the ground" and found it quite uncomfortable, while others have said it was not too bad and provided important answers for their condition. Reactions to the test can vary, so it's essential to stay calm, take deep breaths, and communicate with your healthcare team during the procedure.
