Tight Chest and Trouble Swallowing

I remember one night in particular I had just been diagnosed with acid reflux a few months before and my chest hurt so bad to where I thought I was having a ligament heart attack went to the er ( because it was the middle of the night) and I let out a huge burp and felt better. So embarrassing!

I always have trouble swallowing, usually before bed as well.

i get tightness in my chest or feel like my throat is full pretty often, but i’m not sure what’s causing it

Absolutely. That was what led to my diagnosis. I couldn't swallow, and then would start having problems breathing.
