Sometimes I’ll go a day or few without ticcing, but I have a friend who experiences his tics in a similar way to you.

Omg. Yes.. I'll only tic a few times every few days then I'll go back to screaming things in the middle of the store and ticing so much and bad everyday

Since my tics started a little over a year ago, they have been here consistently. Sometimes the intensity changes over the span of months, but they have never gone away completely

Do you mean your tics just...stop entirely. No tics? Or like...certian tics stop and come back later. The second one is totally normal, tics have triggers and so they can dissappear only to be triggered again at a later date. The first one...I mean for me the intensity of my tics can be way up one month and way down another.
