Dealing with Heat and Cold Intolerance from Thyroiditis
Anyone have any tips or tricks for dealing with the heat and cold intolerance that comes with thyroiditis? One second I'm so hot I'm going to pass out the next I'm in winter pj's under a blanket shivering. It's really miserable honestly, especially at work. Anything helps!
