I've had hypothyroidism since 2009. I take collagen peptide powder, and hair skin, and nail vitamins. 🙏

I feel you , I've only been diagnosed a few months ago with hypothyroidism along with over active bladder . Seems like all the food and drinks I typically enjoy are a no no now . I'm just trying to eat healthier now , it's a struggle . Hopefully someone on here had some advise for us 🙏 I just want my hair back, it used to be so thick, now it's just thin and dry 😩

My family physician does my testing and it's done through labcorp. Idk , do you have health insurance? My insurance covers most of my testing.

I don't have insurance right now. Even when I did, 1 blood test cost me $1,500 and took me two years to pay off. My previous employers use a shitty insurance plan. I'm on medication based on my last blood test. But I'm interested in what else people have found helpful, like specific foods or favorite exercise.
