Struggling with Normal Thyroid Levels - Need Advice

so I got my thyroid levels checked yesterday TSH, t3 and t4 all normal range ! vit D a little low 26.6 . I have hypothyroidism, hashimotes disease and fibromyalgia. so my levels are all normal except vit D , but I still feel like garbage 😞 fatigued, brain fog, weakness, pain , stiffness, anxiety , stomach issues ECT. the list goes on and on 🤦‍♀️ has this happened to anyone else ? is this normal ? or is it possible my levels are normal but not " normal " for my body ? this has my anxiety thru the roof 😭 sick and tired of being sick and tired !!! if anyone has any advice , tips , anything I would greatly appreciate it !!

Just reading your "this has my anxiety through the roof". Anxiety can be an effect but anxiety can also be a contributing cause. Do what you can, breathe and roll with the rest. If our conditions were not so complicated and intertwined, the docs would have solved them years ago.

I understand completely! I have the same problems with my thyroid. Tests say normal but I don't feel normal. Tired all of the time & no energy. I've been on the same medication/dosage for 30 years! I've decided to go see an endocrinologist, since they will go more in depth with the testing.

I have the same exact problem actually. As much as it sucks its comforting to know im not the only one. Ive talked to my endo and despite all my symptoms he still said that bc i have normal t4 and t3 levels that it is not caused by hypothyroidism, however i dont really believe it. We found cancer in my thryoid that should have actually been causing hypERthyroidism but my levels were still normal. Maybe have them do scans to make sure theres no nodules causing something weird with ur thyroid? Keep pushing for answers and dont let them tell you no, i wish you the best
