Possible Thyroid Issue and Weight Gain

Hi there - might have a thyroid issue here but not sure yet getting it checked out. *Does anyone feel overweight but think they may have a hyper thyroid?

I have hypothyroidism but only weigh about 138 but there are days i cannot close my pants or feel swollen but when I weigh myself I weigh the same .. it’s so hard to understand
