      (disclaimer: this will relate only to hypothyroid) My doctor had me reduce gluten intake and to try to eat fish at least twice a week (for digestible iodine and omega3) and to do medium exercises multiple times a week as possible While I don't have great fidelity on this due to time and financial constraints, it has helped me in terms of energy and mood when I am following the recommendations

      Get lots of iodine, it will help with your thyroid condition. Make sure and take the meds, I personally don't see any change when I take them, but apparently they assist with resetting it. It's not an easy issue and I'm realizing more and more how difficult but possible it is to live a steady healthy lifestyle while having a thyroid condition.

        @Amanda1993 excessive iodine is not good either! it isn’t hard to get iodine in your diet and few people lack it
