I've been dealing with anxiety vomiting. A lot of times it just hits me the moment I wake up. Haven't really figured out how to completely eliminate it. Usually I just wait for it to pass and try to show myself some compassion. It's always better to be kind to yourself rather than too harsh. Hope things have gotten better for you.

This has been happening to me again. I went through something traumatic in the past and now I’m dealing with high stress and anxiety lately so it’s been happening again. Usually only right when I wake up and brush my teeth and continue to gag even when there’s nothing left in my stomach. Honestly it makes me feel better but waking up each morning with that sick feeling is horrible.

it's like after a week without meds you start feeling weird even in good settings. I try to conquer this but it's soo hard😥

and I always wonder why does this happen because it gets in the way of life. It's hard to push forward when something is hindering you
