Does anyone experience the world around them becoming very “thick” and themselves becoming very slow trying to move through the thickness? It happens to me every once in a while, last night it came on gradually but then the air felt like molasses. My body was heavy and it was hard to move and keep my head up or lift my arms. My speech wasn’t really slurred but rather I was talking very very slow and it was hard to get any words out at all. It feels like brain fog in my mind that also affects my body and vision, even with glasses everything is very blurry.

Usually when I skip sleep, perception and energies seem to shift; I have even felt dissociated from my body a few times.
