I dealing with hair loss myself with the type of Lupus I have. My specialist rumatologist put my on med called hydroxychloroquine twice a day she said that will help with muscle joint pain and over time the hair loss.

I used women's rogaine serum, then the foam version to grow back a bald spot from alopecia areata. I cycled thru a few other products in my routine if you'd like some recs, you can DM for a list! It would just make my comment really long if I listed them here haha good luck to you!

There are shampoos that may help. I think they have Keritin in them.
