Other than meds, are there other treatments/little things that could help me make progress? Been in therapy for years, maybe a more specialized one?

      Agreed!^ a therapist that truly understands your disorders is EVERYTHING. Building skills to cope is the next step once you have someone you can trust and process your experiences with. Highly recommend DBT

      i found dbt talk therapy to be most helpful for me, it definitely helps if you feel comfortable with your therapist as well!! sometimes finding other ways to express myself (art in my case) has been really helpful!
