Has anyone found that therapy helps as well? I have been going foe some te, but I feel like it has helped anxiety more than my impulsiveness.

      I think DBT helps me the most CBT makes me feel so much worse and I get so frustrated with it

      It definitely does for me. I go to an art psychotherapist and have my therapy session through art.

      It didn't really help much until my medications were helping. Now they have so much that I have 3 sessions a week
