There's really no "test" for PTSD/CPTSD. it's just something you need to speak with a therapist about. (If you can, find one that has experience with Trauma recovery and PTSD/CPTSD). From there, managing it is just a combination of therapy and potentially medication if it's needed.

I was diagnosed with CPTSD after being screened for PTSD. My therapist mentioned that CPTSD is not actually an official diagnosis in the DSM, but most doctors will know about it and how to treat it. My understanding is that the difference between complex and regular PTSD has to do with the nature of the trauma, not so much the trauma symptoms themselves. Most therapists should be able to assess you and diagnose or direct you to someone who can. My suggestion is to be honest when talking with a therapist and explain that this is a condition you are curious about and why. Good luck and kudos for taking the steps to get diagnosed.
