anyone else highkey terrified of the passage of time? i’ve been losing time lately and every time the clock changes to a new minute i feel like throwing up. is this a symptom of anxiety? can it be treated with medicine?

      Yes it's a symptom, and yes it can be treated with meds. That exact fear is actually the thing that tells me I need to up my dose/change meds. Every other symptom is easy to pass off as coming from my heart or my lungs, but the existential dread is an anxiety exclusive, baby 😎 I still lose time because of the way that I am, but I don't get that soul-sickening fear anymore
