Terrified of the Future with Autoimmune Diseases

UGH anyone else so terrified of the future? If I have to deal with all these conditions in my 20s, how bad will everything be in my 40s? 60s? I really hope scientific advancements on autoimmune diseases are made, because I feel pretty hopeless. Trying to keep myself going is an uphill battle and only getting steeper 😕

I’ve had the same thoughts. If my 20s are this rough, how will I make it through future decades? But I can’t dwell on that. Worrying about the future brings anxiety, which is damaging to my current health, but allowing myself to only focus on the present brings peace.
