Tender and Swollen Lymph Nodes Under Both My Underarms

i’ve had tender and swollen lymph nodes under both my underarms and occasionally feel sharp pains in the area? has anyone else experienced this?

Yes! I had it a few years ago. My armpit and neck lymph nodes were swollen and hurtful. My doctor said it is a viral infection and I have nothing to do about it
