It's similar to shock therapy but not like what you're thinking about like what they used to do and like the 70s or '80s it's a small little handheld device and has electrodes and you connected to you know your head and it sends out like the smallest amount of electricity possible like you know those little like massager electrical massager that you can buy at you know like Walmart or whatever ... Except this is for your brain the US military is using it it's supposed to sharpen and enhance your neurological connections and aid in neuroplasticity from what I've read and seeing it shows promising benefits for people with depression and anxiety you buy it on Amazon

oh yeah I heard about this on the radio lab podcast. So awesome. I heard that it puts a metallic taste In Your mouth. Have you tried this yet?
