Taking Liquid Iron: Day 2 Update

I had to get iron infusions for quite a bit of time and it lasted for an hour. It took longer than it should have to get my levels up and it frustrated my doctor at the time.

I read that is absorbed better than iron capsules but can do black stained teeth which is very common side effect.

When I started taking iron my stool became dark, and it freaked me out. I went to the ER just to be told it’s a normal side effect 🤦‍♂️

I got it from a vitamin shop, but you can get it online too
