and sometimes i can be suspended and it will flat line for hours, is this also normal?

can you help me? I have been rising super high like to 240 and when i go to correct it does nothing, it will stay the same level for hours, but as soon as i do a second treatment it hits me with both dosages at the same time, this has happened over the last several days and is making my life a living nightmare, i am averaging at about 7-8 lows a day, PLZ HELP
