Anxiety is my main trigger, specifically anytime I’m in public. Crowded places or grocery stores are awful. Standing for a long time makes it worse as well, along with being still. Checkout lines and red lights when in the car are the worse because I’m still.

hi, I have the same issues with driving. Right now I'm not driving because I'm terrified of fainting while driving and hurting someone. How are you able to get past that and still go shopping or drive?

do you have any coping mechanisms that help when you injure yourself badly? I always try to calm myself down after I accidentally injure myself so that I don’t faint because of the syncope. It never works & I usually take a while to recover from it.

Standing up too quickly, sitting down too quickly, sitting up too quickly, getting too hot, not eating enough, being stressed only makes it worse.

mine is the exact same way. I am a normally anxious person who tends to stress about everything which makes it hard to go about everyday life. I end up passing out because of my syncope, often caused by overheating, not eating, or injuring myself by accident.
