Have you been tested for fibromyalgia? That’s why I have so much pain. I have GERD and heartburn regularly. I stop eating 4 hours before I lay down. I also stay away from red meat. My gastroenterologist is who told me to stop eating 4hours before I lay down and to stop eating red meat. Chewing well,(until it’s liquid) is also a way to stop you from getting GERD. No spicy food either. No food high in fat and fried foods. These are things that have worked for me. I hope this was helpful to you hick! Happy Easter too!!!
I had a feeling of dying come over me when I ate certain foods like fried, sugary, caffeine. Chronic chest pain in center and under breast bone. Belching and going to bathroom seems to help relieve some of the symptoms that lasted for hours and I would call 911 thinking I was going to die.
