Symptoms After Exercise: Anyone Else?

has anyone had issues with symptoms after exercise but not during? I feel fine while I'm moving but then once I sit down that's when I start having issues.

YES ABSOLUTELY! It hits the moment I sit down. My muscles get tense and twitch and presyncope starts to hit. I get dizzy and lightheaded.

I’ve heard peppermint helps. I haven’t tried it yet. They say peppermint isn’t the greatest for your stomach though but helps w/ nausea

Yes, my heart rate worsens for sure. It feels like my heart rate won’t come down after my workout. I have trouble breathing and nausea. Sometimes headaches/ migraines afterwards

I have. My only though that could be causing it is the drop in heart rate. As the drop in heart rate can cause the syncope(fainting) along with the dizzy, uneasy feeling most with POTS experience
