Struggling to Keep Up with Symptom Tracking

Any tips for keeping up with a habit—specifically filling out symptom trackers? I really want the insights into my various symptoms/conditions and my doctor agrees but I’m horrible at keeping up with tracking. Once I miss a single day, it’s like my brain decides the whole thing is invalid!

There is an app called Finch that is the only one that has worked for me, it's a habit / mood tracker

I love it so much! Some days my birb is the only thing that gets me out of bed ❤️ I actually just added my symptom tracker to my goals in hopes of sticking to it “for him!” 🐦

I am the same way with habit trackers! What I'm currently doing is putting in a reward system for myself. Like at the end of the week if I make my bed everyday, then I get to go do something or watch my favorite movie. Something little always helps
