Switching to Adderall XR - Sleepy and Ineffective?
I jus switched to Adderall XR from quick release and it makes me sleepy and I swear doesn’t really work anyone else notice this?

Mine made me sleepy (when it was available before the shortage) but it calmed me down and worked better for me! But everyone is different and I hope you find something that works for you :)
