Switching medication for pulmonary embolisms

I am on coumadin for pulmonary embolisms which deletes the vitamin k needed to put calcium in th e bones. I have had two more compression fractures since starting the coumadin. I am considering switching to elexious (sp) but it is $600 a month and has serious possible side effects. Any idea s for me?

I'm on eliquis and I'm able to take k2mk7 supplements. I'm on Medicare so my copay is reasonable. The manufacturer offers a discount card. Not eligible while on Medicare so I don't know a lot about the program.
