Hello, hope all is well. I highly recommend staying on your treatment. I’ve had the same question when I was first diagnosed, and I’ve done research, what it has come down for me is to stay on treatment. As interesting and wonderful natural supplements/ Raw food dieting may sound, it should not replace treatment. Natural supplements and dieting isn’t going to have that power to keep the virus in check. However, to stay healthy and to celebrate your wellness I would totally encourage incorporating a raw m food diet into your life style. Talk with your nutritionist, they will share important tips. As for natural supplements, you have to do a lot of research on what supplements you can take and not take, certain ones can prevent the medicine from working how it’s supposed to work. There’s an APP that I use called ICHART you can see what medicines and natural pills interact with your current treatment. I take natural supplements for other reasons, not for anything related to HIV. I hope this helps. ❤️
