Hi there! Im new to this. I am in a position to consider switching meds for add but im stuck because concerta has given me the least side effects and the longest lasting effects, but are weak in comparison to how vyvansse has helped. The only downside to vyvansse was irritability and shorter duration. Since Ive switched to concerta, i have gained 30 pounds. Vyvansse definetly helped my binge eating as well. Anyone else have better/worse experiences with either? Duration vs effect quality?
