hey not a question but more advice to those that sweat really bad on their hands. cotton gloves.. I've been wearing them since I was about 8 and they've saved many of my books and make handshakes a little less awkward. anyway, trying to find more of a permanent solution than gloves, I'm getting botox under my arms and possibly hands later on in the year, has anyone had this done and got advice??

Hyperhidrosis

I've had Botox injections for hyperhidrosis in my armpits and on my scalp. Sadly, my doctor who did these was a bit too far for me and the traffic in the area was terrible so I stopped. But... Things to expect: The needle can sting a bit in especially tender spots. I have really high pain tolerance though so it wasn't bad at all. There can be a little bit of soreness or very small amounts of bleeding afterwards. I mainly had minor bleeding on my scalp, not so much in my armpits but maybe don't wear a white/light shirt just in case? The process was pretty quick, just a bunch of small needle pricks. Wishing you luck!

Some people have found success with Botox injections for hyperhidrosis, especially in their armpits. One user mentioned that they get Botox every 6 months from a dermatologist in their armpits and it has really helped them for at least 2 years. However, individual experiences may vary, so it's important to consult with a dermatologist to determine if this treatment is suitable for you.
