There is a lot of overlap between adhd and autism and theyre often mistaken for eachother. I think it worth really looking into :)

Yeah I'm kinda in the same boat. I'm not really sure how much is symptom overlap. And how much is trauma either. I've decided a diagnosis probably wouldn't help that much so I haven't gone looking for it but I might change my mind later.
