This year I had 3 days straight on non stop panic attacks, unable to sleep. Had to go to the ER to get something for it. Then I had my first experience in the psych ward which definitely didn't help the situation but luckily was drugged kinda enough to act calm so I could leave. I'm now on Klonopin everyday and I haven't had a panic attack in over a month, atleast not one unprovoked by pain or external factor.

I know it sounds stupid but invest in some paper bags and breathe through them when you have a panic attack thats sometimes the only thing that helps me even a little bit.

Yes! I had a period of time where I was having 6+ severe panic attacks a day and I was pretty sure I was in one of Dante’s levels of hell. But medication, therapy and reaching out has really helped

Yes, when I starting having panic attacks they would happen twice a day atleast! It was a scary time because I had no idea what was happening. Now a days I handle them with Clonazepam and breathing. I do wonder how I survived those attacks for real the whole experience is super scary I'm glad I found a nice psychologist and psychiatrist that helped me through it 🤗
