🤗 I'm pretty far into this recovery thing and whoa momma feeling feelings while staying clean does not get easier as we go... We are badass warrior kings and queens - Reach out... There's no shame in "being not ok" - we all go through crap, and that's okay, it's not okay to live in the "not okay"
