Hey Charlie I get regular and complex migranes surprisingly my hospital reccomend I take benadryll if I get a bad migrane maybe it might help you as well

I'm in australia so I'm very limited as ti what I can get otc. I'm on the waiting list to see a neuro though so hopefully I finally get somewhere qith them.
