I also suffer gastric disorders as well as anxiety and depression and I think that at times where I go through a lot of stress it would trigger my flare ups and sometimes I would have to go to the hospital because the pain is so severe. Also times where I find myself being sluggish(couch potato) for too long and then I suddenly put my body through some exercise or doing something that requires me to do a lot movement it will trigger. Also eating a lot to sometimes going a long time without food it will also trigger a flare up. I have been having gastric problems since 2012 and I find that it is important to just try to have a consistent flow in exercise, eat a balanced diet, and taking care of my mental health has been working. I haven’t had a flare up in like a little over a year now. I also take famotidine prescribed by my doctor daily and that works as well. Hope you find peace and I hope you feel better!
