Looking for Support with Ectopic Heart Beats and Anxiety

Uh… hello. Not sure how this all works but, I’m just trying to find people who struggle with similar health issues. Looking for those who struggle with Ectopic heart beats. PVC’s and anxiety/panic attacks. It would be good to connect to have people to chat to about these issues. Also, recently dealing with Hypothyroid issues as well. It would explain a lot of the chronic fatigue I’ve been feeling and the anxiety as well. I look forward to hearing from people.

I get lots of ectopic beats. 7,000 in one day. They’re no fun.

Hey, don’t take anything I say as medical advice, I would recommend first and foremost speaking with your doctor about health concerns and drug interactions etc. but from my own research the best forms of magnesium for anti-anxiety are magnesium glycinate and taurate. I usually just follow instructions on the bottle. But again, seek the advice of medical professionals.
