Looking for Support from Others with Chronic Illness

Hi everyone, my name is Nicole. And I would like to get to know people with same conditions I do just because sometimes I tend to feel down, and a little bit alone.

Have you tried regular infusions? I know those help a lot of people with POTs!

Yes, I was taking propranalol but it turns out that I've started to develop some rash, so my doctor told me to stop taking it for now. I use to take midodrin and I was feeling so sick with my stomach. It was horrifying. I allso take pepsid and opramazol for the terible acid reflux. I do where spanks but it started to hurt my stomach, I have a hernia. I have a hiadle hernia.

The biggest thing is don’t wear yourself out too early in the day.

The POTS is terrible for sure. People say the compression socks work but they don’t work for me. I take Midodrine and fludrocortisone for my heart rate. It helps me but everyone is a bit different.
