      @LexaPeach91 I found mindfulness meditation to be really helpful, I'd check out the headspace app if I were you. They have some great meditations on there

        @significant_fig I wish I knew. My main issue is that I still get these overwhelming feelings (my anger is unparalleled), even though I'm medicated. I want to know what sort of de escalation techniques I might try with myself or how to catch my mood swings faster I guess? Sorry it's so confusing
