Vitamin B and D pills help me wake up in the morning. They kick in about 30mins - an hour for them to kick in, but they keep me going the whole day

Omega 3 Fish oil pills actually tend to have synergistic (additional positive) effects with stimulant medication. Just make sure you take a dosage correct for your body. I also take Vitamin D in the mornings because I’m not outside long enough for my body to start synthesizing (making) it
