I take vit D, vit b complex with vit c, biotin, and prenatal vitamins. Vit d helps with my deficiency. Vit b complex with vit c helps with my energy. Biotin helps hair, skin, and nails (I take it specifically for help with nails). The prenatal vitamin helps with my nutrients.
