@Trashy l theanine is also helpful
@Trashy ashwaganda is the best for anxiety

I take vit D, vit b complex with vit c, biotin, and prenatal vitamins. Vit d helps with my deficiency. Vit b complex with vit c helps with my energy. Biotin helps hair, skin, and nails (I take it specifically for help with nails). The prenatal vitamin helps with my nutrients.
@Skittles22 that's great
Digestive enzymes, extra strength probiotic, zinc (all for digestion/gluten-sensitivity), MSM (tendonitis), vitamin d w/ DHA, b12, omega 3, n-acetyl cysteine, cordyceps (everyday aging/health upkeep), collagen (for skin & joints), ceramides (skin), and ashwagandha (stress)

@Bre19 I'm still trying to pinpoint my gut issue, but these are getting me by until I figure it out 🥲 never felt like a multivit was right for me cuz they all seem to have biotin & vitamin c in them these days 🙅🏻♀️ those work great for some people, but biotin only breaks me out & anymore vitamin c than I'm getting in my diet would just make me sh!t haha
I take a Cal-Mag-Zinc, Potassium, and Iron. I have POTS, and if any of those are low, it makes the POTS worse.
@Healforhealth hopefully they are giving it to you when you need a refill and not waiting
Probiotics for digestive health and fiber powder to help with gas pain
@Aiya_the_ill that's what I need to do I have issues with both
@Bre19 try partially hydrolyzed guar gum. It's the best fiber supplement I've come across that doesn't cause any bloating or gas and it's helped my ibs symptoms tremendously!
B2 probiotic fish oil magnesium, fish oil is to prevent brain aneurysms probiotic helps constipation the other 2 headaches
@hydroepilepic21 I didn't know fish oil could help prevent such things
@Bre19 I didn't either that's what my former neurosurgeon prescribed to prevent me from having another, I've had 2 and that's when I was little maybe 9.
Yes I take, multivitamins, omega 3, probiotics, magnesium and ashwagandha. For my anxiety and to be healthy.
@pinky3 that's good though
I take vitamin B 3 and niacin l also add tumeric to other spices when I can in my food.
@Belz hello becarful with turmeric it’s very high oxalate .oxalate cause pain in the body and cause kidney stone … good to watch sally k Norton on YouTube about oxalate toxicity . You can use cur-cumin which is an extract of curcumin with no oxalate .
